Best service ever! Quick, reliable, and honest. I called due to my a/c unit went out in 90-degree weather. Omar was able to come the same day even though many other calls were made to their company and was nice enough to fit me in. Amy is just a joy to speak to over the phone and communicates every step of the way. Omar was timely, and respectable, and was able to give me an honest diagnostic of what was going on with my unit. We had a new unit put in about a month ago. Went shopping and when we returned the house was warm. We called Omar at Air King who was out of town, but called back within the hour. Told him what was happening and the next day he sent his tech out. The tech determined the condenser was bad. The tech called Omar to let him know what happened… Omar looked into it and got back to us within a couple of hours to let us know that they would come in the morning to put in a new condenser. He did this all while he was out of town. THANK YOU, Omar, I’ve never had such an amazing customer experience. Thank you again., 😊

I just received a new unit and the service was great. Omar took care of me from the time of my service call to the installation of the new unit. Amy was also a big help to make this go smoothly along the way as well.

Our AC was broken for 3 weeks. Finding the right AC company was tough especially since most people charged to go see what was wrong with it. But since we already knew I googled “Good service for AC” and Air Kings appeared. I spoke with Omar and told him what was wrong and he said he’d be more happy happy to help and there was no fee to just come look. Omar was amazing – called in for a broken PTAC unit and he came in for an estimate only to find the unit was actually working! He was very helpful and kind and I trust he would have a great job if a repair or replacement was necessary!

Omar and Air Kings came out to our new (old) house and did a great job not only diagnosing but explaining why our radiant heat was not working properly. He put an action plan into place and was very professional in doing so.
